SHIPPING
NRG Communication utilizes Federal Express. Your requests for special handling such as Overnight, Second Day Air, etc. are gladly accepted. NRG Communication is not responsible for any damages incurred from the performance of these carriers.
RETURN POLICY
We offer returns on both new and refurbished products. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of invoice with a proper Return Authorization number (RA #). A 20% restocking fee is charged on all new returns. There is no restocking fee on refurbished product returns. The refund includes the total charge amount minus the shipping charge. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Incomplete or defective returns will be refused. We will not accept any returns without an RA #.
